Broccoli Roasted with Feta, Oregano and Garlic

Ingredients

1 head broccoli, cut into florets, stem peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic
Olive oil
salt and pepper
½ tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh chopped oregano
80 g feta, crumbled into small pieces
chilli, either dried flakes or fresh chilli deseeded and chopped
lemon wedges

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 C. Place broccoli pieces in a roasting tray and toss with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and place in oven. After 15 minutes add the feta, chilli and oregano, give it a stir and roast for another 5 minutes. Serve with lemon.

Fantastic first veg box. Never had veggies so fresh. The salad was so crunchy, nothing like store bought stuff. Cannot recommend this box enough and can't wait to receive my next one
