Base:
50g wholemeal breadcrumbs
25g rolled oats
25g butter softened
25g freshly ground almonds,plus(optional) 1-3 drops of almond essence
Filling:
500g low fat smooth cheese
2 tbsp honey or honeycomb
100-150ml thick low fat natural yoghurt
40g dried fruit such as sultanas, raisins, dried apricots
4-5 drops vanilla essence
grated zest of 1 or 2 lemons
Topping:
About 220g mixed fresh fruit in season
